What does pre-order means?
Pre-order means that you can shop all of your Shop Babe Social favorites early, You will have to wait slightly longer than usual to receive your order, but is totally worth the wait!

When will my pre-order item arrive?
You will be updated throughout the pre-order process! We will let you know when your order has been received and again when it has been shipped to you.

How do I know if an item is on pre-order?
All pre-order items will be clearly marked as 'pre-order" including an estimated shipping date, both will be displayed on the product page and at checkout.

Are pre-order items refundable?
Yes we will issue full refund for your pre-order items, if you change your mind Our returns policy applies. See our Returns Portal for more details.

When do I have to make payment?
Full payment must be taken at checkout to secure your chosen size and style.

Will my pre-order items be shipped with other order ?
No We will ship all non-pre order items separately. Pre order items will be shipped on the estimated shipping date provided at checkout.
