Delivery Service

All our deliveries are handled by either USPS OR DHL. Reliability is key, which is why we use a signed-for delivery service. Please make sure you or someone you know will be present either at a home or work address to accept your delivery. If no one is in we'll make sure we leave a card so that a re-delivery can be arranged, or you can collect from the depot. Please don't refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries as we don't not offer free return for any order.

DELIVERY OUT OF THE UNITED STATES

Please note, any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by Shop Babe Social. For more accurate information, we'd suggest getting in touch with your local customs office, so you're not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end. If you need to pay a customs charge the delivery partner will contact you directly once they have your parcel to collect payment. This fee will be charged regardless of the price of your parcel and we can't control these charges.
